The Routine

Replenish and soothe skin prone to eczema with this calming three-step face and body routine.

1. Protect skin condition and integrity by using a soap-free cleanser. For the face, use Honeysuckle Cleanser and for the body, use Soothing Bath & Shower Oil.
2. Apply Soothing Ointment to affected areas of skin that are clean and dry. It can be used anywhere on the face and body, including hands, feet and intimate areas. Allow to absorb and repeat 3-5 times daily.
3. When skin comfort is restored, we recommend you start to use Soothing Cream followed by Nourishing Cream, to lock-in deep moisture and lasting comfort.
Patch test: Prior to trying any new topical, we recommend you carry out a patch test. Apply a small amount close to the area of intended use.
Natural extracts in this formula may cause light, temporary staining. Therefore, we recommend this is used in your evening skincare routine.

These creams are amazing for my eczema

These creams are amazing for my eczema, whether it is just a tiny vesicle, or a nummular patch. I live in Canada and normally have them delivered to a mailbox place, and then drive over to pick the package. But this time, due to uncertainty about import duties, I didn't want to drive to the US. Instead of taking three days to arrive for US domestic shipments, I had to wait 15 days while my skin itch away (as I ran out!). This is something people with eczema should have in the 'Eczema Medicine Cabinet'. I am so grate that there is a company out there that creates such high quality herbal Chinese medicine for eczema relief. My green cream – The Shi Zhen Gao Soothing Ointment started pooling with oil less than a few days after opening. Since the ingredients contain Sunflower Seed Oil, Jojoba See Oil, and Shea Nut butter, I'm going to assume that the oil just separates and not because the product was in transit for 15 days in hot weather???

Calms Red Weeping Skin

I had weeping dermatitis on the back of my hand. I left it on for two days and the weeping stopped in 48 hours. It soothed the redness and I followed up with the Shi Zhen Shui Gao once it was dry. Hand healed in less than 2 weeks while steroids didn't help.
