The Routine

Soothe and condition skin prone to psoriasis with this calming routine.

1. Protect skin condition and integrity by cleansing with our soap-free body wash, Soothing Bath & Shower Oil.
2. Apply Softening Indigo Cream to affected areas of the body that are clean and dry. It can also be used on the face and hands, though due to its colour, we do not recommend it is used on the face. Allow to absorb and repeat 2-3 times daily.
3. For best results, use in combination with Softening Indigo Ointment for intensified soothing and moisturising results.
Patch test: Prior to trying any new topical, we recommend you carry out a patch test. Apply a small amount close to the area of intended use.

Immediate results.

Found this product through the recommendation of my acupuncturist. I was concerned about the price, but it arrived carefully packaged and in a thick dark glass jar. It was obvious that if this much care went into storing the product, at least the same amount went into its formulation. I had immediate results. Two larger patches of plaque psoriasis on my knees have nearly disappeared after one week. They look better than they have for years! Using only a bit of the cream at a time, this jar will last a long while. I just don’t know if I will need it that long! I’m very happy with this purchase.

I've been using Bai Bi Shui Gao for a week now - just while at home and overnight (as it's green in colour).
