The Routine

Soothe skin as you help ease muscular or tendon discomfort with this two-step body routine.

1. Add a small amount of Soothing Bath & Shower Oil to bathwater morning and evening, or massage a small amount over wet skin in the bath or shower. Rinse away with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.

2. Follow by massaging Muscle or Tendon Trauma Oil over affected areas on the body and allow to absorb fully. Repeat as required.

3. For complete refreshment top to toe, pair our Active Body Set with Jin Yin Hua / Honeysuckle Cleansing Wash. Massage a small amount of over the face morning, post-exercise and evening. Rinse away with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.
